WHIPPED CREAM (tastes like…!)
1 cup of cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup of water
Blend cashews & water in Vitamix or blender.
Once it's creamy, add
3 dates
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 T orange zest (make sure oranges are organic)
Blend again till creamy and thick.
